Abraham, Father of the Faithful
Romans 4:1-12 NRSV
But to one who without works trusts him who justifies the ungodly, such faith is reckoned as righteousness. Romans 4:5
Abraham needed to have faith that God’s provision would be sufficient in carrying Abraham wherever he needed to go.
