Elijah in the Wilderness with God
1 Kings 19:1-8
Then he lay down under a broom tree and fell asleep. Suddenly, an angel touched him and said to him, “Get up and eat… otherwise the journey will be too much for you.” 1 Kings 19:5, 7b NRSV
Prayer: God of restoration, thank you for the moments where you saw our circumstances and sent help just as we were preparing to quit.
