Elkanah Attends the Yearly Sacrifice
1 Samuel 1:21-23 NRSV
The man Elkanah and all his household went up to offer to the Lord the yearly sacrifice, and to pay his vow. (1 Samuel 1:21)
We have a responsibility to worship God in private and in community with others.
Your action: Be obedient to God’s requirements to give (of ourselves and resources), trusting that God will bless us in return.
