Congratulations CLASS OF 2020!
During the COVID-19 pandemic, which has disrupted traditional graduation observances, the Christian Education Department in partnership with the Fellowship of Church Educators has organized this virtual baccalaureate and graduate recognition service in order to recognize 2020 graduates from high school and beyond who are members of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. With prayer, song, scriptures, words of wisdom and congratulations as well as a message of encouragement and challenge, the global AME church family celebrates the hard work and achievements of the AME Class of 2020. The virtual service premiered on the second Sunday in June, which traditionally is the Sunday that many AME congregations honor their graduates. #AMECED #IamAME #AMEstrong #AMEgrad2020 #AMEproud
