Leaders Reject God’s Messenger
Luke 7:24-30 NRSV
But by refusing to be baptized by him, the Pharisees and the lawyers rejected God’s purpose for themselves. (Luke 7:30)
God’s voice could be echoed through any person God chooses. We should be careful about those we discount and reject.
Your voice: Father, please help me to filter the messages I receive, and to discern which ones I need to hear. Forgive me for any false judgement. Amen.
