Nehemiah Orders Temple Cleansing and Restoration
Nehemiah 13:4-9
Then I gave orders and they cleansed the chambers, and I brought back the vessels of the house of God, with the grain offering and frankincense. Nehemiah 13:9 NRSV
Prayer: God of righteousness, forgive us for moments when we have neglected your house and treated it without care. Restore its sacredness and bless it to be a refuge for those who need healing. Amen.
