Pray with the Mind and Spirit
1 Corinthians 14:13-19 NRSV
What should I do then? I will pray with the spirit, but I will pray with the mind also; I will sing praise with the spirit, but I will sing praise with the mind also. 1 Corinthians 14:15
Prayer is an exercise that requires more than just closed eyes and a bowed head. Prayer of the heart involves our mind and spirit.
