Remember God’s Mighty Deeds
Isaiah 51:9-16
You have forgotten the LORD, your maker, who stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth. You fear continually all day long because of the fury of the oppressor, who is bent on destruction. But where is the fury of the oppressor? Isaiah 51:13 NRSV
Consider the words of the hymn writer, Stuart K. Hine who penned How Great Thou Art: “Oh Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder, Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made, I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, Thy pow’r throughout the universe displayed.”
