Suffering on Behalf of the Church
Colossians 1:24-29 NRSV
I am now rejoicing in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I am completing what is lacking in Christ’s afflictions for the sake of his body, that is, the church. Colossians 1:24
A hymn writer reminds us, “If when you give the best of your service, Telling the world the Savior has come; Be not dismayed when men don’t believe you; He understands, he’ll say, “Well done”.
