Building on a Sure Foundation
1 Corinthians 3:10-23
If what has been built on the foundation survives, the builder will receive a reward. If the work is burned up, the builder will suffer loss; the builder will be saved, but only as through fire.

Reflect on these words of the hymn How Firm a Foundation, “How firm a foundation, ye saints of the Lord. Is laid for your faith in God’s excellent word! What more can be said than to you God hath said, to you for who refuge to Jesus have fled? “
