Jesus Rejects Satan’s Temptations
Matthew 4:1-11 NRSV
Jesus said to him, “Away with you, Satan! For it is written, ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve only him.’” (Matthew 4:10)
Pray for discernment in order to recognize temptation for what it is and to reject it with the power of God’s word.
