Forgiving the Ignorant
Luke 23:32-36 NRSV
Then Jesus said, “Father forgive them; for they know not what they are doing.” And they cast lots to divide his clothing. Luke 23:34
Jesus teaches that when you know the intended outcome, overlook interference by ill-intentioned people. Understand that God’s plan will be fulfilled.
