Inequality contributes to suffering throughout the entire earth. When we pray, remember how inequality restricts access to basic universal necessities, even as we enjoy the freedom of choosing food and basic needs.

Prayer: Great God, we thank you for mercy that has no end. Help us to be merciful as you have been merciful to us. Amen.
