The Ark in the Heavenly Temple
Revelation 11:15-19 NRSV
Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen within his temple; and there were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and heavy hail. Revelation 11:19
Many people can attest to being taught when they were young to be still during storms, because the sound of thunder meant that God was speaking. Have you stood still lately to hear the voice of God?
Today marks the 20th Anniversary observance of the September 11th Terrorist Attacks in the U.S. Pray for the world community which still feels the after-effects of this tragedy. We are yet hopeful for peace in a world where some assume violence is the answer.
