The Lord Blesses Hagar and Ishmael
Genesis 16:1-15
So she named the LORD who spoke to her, “You are El-roi”, for she said, “Have I really seen God and remained alive after seeing him?” Genesis 16:13 NRSV
There is a promise of God for each of our lives that does not depend on anyone else’s word. It depends on the faithfulness of God.
